As a seasoned professional with a passion for real estate and a wealth of knowledge, I am here to guide you through your real estate journey wherever it takes you. My diverse background in many facets of the real estate industry gives me experience in a wide range of property types and transactions. From residential properties to commercial ventures and investment portfolios, I know how to navigate the complex terrain of real estate.

I started my career as a commercial/investment broker and was elected president of the Hawaii CCIM chapter. I was the CCIM ambassador to China for two years, responsible for taking the respected commercial/investment real estate designation and education program to China. From 2000 to 2015, I operated an office in Beijing, China, focused on shopping center development initially and then on developing senior living communities.

I contributed to more than a dozen shopping center projects, including Beijing’s very first outlet mall. I also led internationally focused marketing campaigns for numerous luxury home development projects, creating highly effective sales initiatives to attract luxury home buyers from all over the world. When it comes to marketing residential properties in Hawaii, my international sales experience is unrivaled. I know how to reach and appeal to qualified buyers from all corners of the world.

From 2015 to 2020, I lived in Honolulu and affiliated with List Sotheby’s International Realty and Harcourts Island Real Estate, specializing in the sales and marketing of luxury properties on the vibrant island of Oahu. In 2021, I joined Coldwell Banker Realty at the Diamond Head Kahala Office. In my pursuit of excellence, I stay at the leading edge of innovative practices. For instance, I have fully embraced video marketing, a practice that has transformed the way properties are showcased. I also have learned to use artificial intelligence to streamline marketing initiatives and maximize the impact and reach of property advertisements. Crafting targeted marketing strategies is an art, and I am well-equipped to deliver results that set you apart in today’s competitive market.

I’ve also been deeply involved in the real estate community, serving as the chairperson of the Honolulu Board of REALTORS® City Affairs Committee from 2021 through 2023. In this role, I provided the agent perspective on City Council-proposed bills that have an impact on the real estate industry and our valued clients. Additionally, I’ve was a volunteer member of the tax subcommittee of the Hawaii Association of REALTORS® Government Affairs Committee from 2019 through 2024.
